Age requirements You must be 18 and older to book Forms & Waivers All required forms and waivers must be signed prior to your appointment.Failure to complete and sign required documents may result in appointment cancellation and forfeiture of your deposit. A $28 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments.Your deposit will go toward your final balance. Policy: All knotless braids, bora bora braids, and box braid appointments are required to be scheduled in the morning. Bookings outside of morning hours will not be confirmed. All braided services at Braids&StylezByRay come with the cost of hair included in your price. Boho hair is 100% human hair .You do not need to purchase your own hair for box braids, knotless braids, stitch braids, or other braided styles. Any special hair requests (premium textures, colored extensions, or extra-long lengths beyond standard) may incur an additional charge. Hair preparation To ensure the best results and to keep appointments on schedule, all clients must arrive with their hair clean, dry, and detangled. Meaning hair should be freshly shampooed , conditioned and properly blowed out from root to end with no products or oils. If your hair is not properly prepped an additional $25 prep fee will be added to your balance. Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 48 hours before your appointment to avoid additional fees. Same-day cancellations 30% and no-shows will be charged 50% of the service cost. If you have two or more last-minute cancellations/no-shows may be required to pay in full when booking future appointments. Please arrive on time. You have a 15-min grace period from your schedule appointment time. If you arrive after the grace period, a $25 late fee will be applied to your session. If i don't recieve communication about arrival within grace period, we'll need to cancel you appointment and be considered a no-show. For the comfort and safety of all clients, only the person being serviced is allowed. No extra guests, children, or visitors will be permitted in the salon during your appointment. Remaining balances are due at the time of service. Buy Now, Pay Later options (Klarna, Affirm, Afterpay) are available for your convenience. I accept Zelle , PayPal, Apple Pay.
